The Anchorage Fit Club Season 2 was an enormous success! Contestants released an average of 26.1 lbs and 21.6 inches. This program was 100% successful at releasing weight and 92.3% effective at releasing pure body fat.

The Anchorage Fit Club Season 1 was an enormous success! Alaska’s very own ‘Biggest Loser’ style contest finished Season 1 this past fall (2008). Contestants released an average of 24.4 lbs and 44 inches. This program was 100% successful at releasing weight.
